How to list a space
You can list a space by following these steps:
Accessing "Add New Listing" page
Fill the information, features and accepted professions of your listing
You can specify the location by clicking on location element, the location will be saved automatically when changed, you can either specify it from the map, search by address or enter it manually
You can save your listing as draft and continue later
you can edit the listing by clicking on ecit icon, and edit features and professions by clicking on each one
And with this you have a listing ready to be rented
You can also manage the following in the same manner:
- Orders: Approve and create orders
- Agreements: Create and use different agreements for different listings
- Inquiries: Send and receive messages from your tenants in real-time
- coworkers: Add coworkers to help you delegate work and focus on what's important
- Finance: View your balance, payouts and latest invoices
- Plan: Manage your landlord plan, and view invoices history
